PML-N, PPP delegation apparently fails to persuade Maulana Fazl to join govt
ISLAMABAD: The negotiating delegation of the government alliance including Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) apparently fail to persuade Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Chief of Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) to join forthcoming government in the Centre.
The delegation went back from the residence of Maulana Fazlur Rehman with their faces hanging as not even a representative from Maulana Fazlur Rehman came out to talk to the media with the leaders of the Muslim League-N and the coalition parties.
The newly elected members of the National Assembly of JUI will take oath tomorrow. The leaders of the coalition parties request Maulana Fazlur Rehman for support for Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Presidential elections.
