LAHORE – The Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA) continued operation against violation of parking bylaws and illegal signboards in Lahore.
On Friday, enforcement teams of TEPA removed illegal signboards from more than 67 properties in different parts of the provincial metropolis. The operation was carried out on MM Alam Road and Ghalib Market Gulberg.
TEPA enforcement team also sealed seven buildings for violation of parking bylaws. The sealed buildings includes restaurants, super store and hotel.
As per the officials, several notices were issued to owners of these buildings before carrying out the operation.
Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq had directed continuing indiscriminate operation against illegal signboards and violation of parking bylaws in the provincial metropolis.
