Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is expected to experience warm and dry weather conditions today, with a notable shift in weather anticipated over the weekend.
The Met Office has forecast thunderstorms and rainfall on Saturday, which are likely to bring down temperatures and provide relief from the prevailing heat.
The maximum temperature is projected to reach 31°C, while the current temperature stands at 18°C.
Humidity levels have been recorded at 82 per cent, contributing to the overall atmospheric conditions.
Meanwhile, cooler weather is currently being observed across the city following rainfall recorded overnight, offering temporary relief to residents.
