Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is expected to experience hot and humid weather today. Intermittent strong winds are also likely in the city.
The Met Office reported that the minimum temperature in Karachi was recorded at 28°C, while the current temperature stands at 30°C. Humidity levels have been recorded at 75%, making the heat feel more intense.
The maximum temperature in the city is expected to range between 35°C and 38°C today. Westerly winds are currently blowing at a speed of 12 km/h.
The weather in Karachi is expected to remain clear, with no chance of rainfall.

Meanwhile, weather conditions are expected to vary across other parts of the country. Scattered rainfall is likely in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and northern Balochistan.
In Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, thunderstorms accompanied by strong winds are expected at several locations, while hailstorms may also occur in some areas.
Islamabad and its surrounding areas are also likely to experience thunderstorms, strong winds, and rainfall, with a possibility of hail in certain locations.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rain is expected in areas including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Kalam, Shangla, Buner, Kohistan, Malakand, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Balakot, and Haripur.
Similarly, strong winds and thunderstorms with rain are expected in Swabi, Mardan, Nowshera, Charsadda, Peshawar, Bajaur, Mohmand, Orakzai, Khyber, Kohat, Kurram, Hangu, and Karak, with a possibility of hail in some regions.
According to the Met Office, most districts of Balochistan will remain hot and dry. However, Quetta, Zhob, Ziarat, and surrounding areas are likely to experience partly cloudy conditions, with isolated thunderstorms and rain at a few locations.
