Former Pakistan cricket team all-rounder Imad Wasim has signed a contract with the Melbourne Stars for Australia’s Big Bash League (BBL).
According to Melbourne Stars General Manager Blair Crouch, Imad Wasim will be available to the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash from December 25 onwards.
The Melbourne Stars general manager says that Imad Wasim has vast experience in T20 and will be useful for lower batting.
Blair Crouch further said that Pakistani fans will see Imad Wasim, Osama Mir, and Haris Rauf at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
It should be noted that Pakistan’s rising star fast bowler, Zaman Khan, has also secured a BBL contract. He has been signed by the Sydney Thunder.
However, previously, Imad Wasim had announced his retirement from international cricket by issuing a statement on social media on November 24.
