The High Court of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir has quashed the illegal detention of four persons booked under draconian law, Public Safety Act.
According to Kashmir Media Service, a bench of Justice Sanjay Dhar and Justice M A Chowdhary quashed the PSA detention of Muhammad Maqbool Karnai, Sameer Ahmed Khan, Shahid Nazir Malik and Zahid Zameer Mir. The court directed the authorities to release the detainees forthwith.—KMS
