A deadly IED blast and armed attack targeted a private vehicle carrying Khanuzai Levies personnel on the National Highway near Daraban, resulting in the martyrdom of five individuals, including a Naib Risaldar and three soldiers.
Levies Officials on a Mission to Recover Stolen Truck
According to Assistant Commissioner Karezat, Pishin, the SHO of Dera Ismail Khan informed Khanuzai Levies on January 28, 2025, about a stolen truck located in DI Khan. A team of Levies officials was dispatched to complete legal formalities. However, as they traveled, their private vehicle was ambushed at Daraban.
