With Ramadan starting at sunset on Saturday, March 9, 2024, race organizers have opted for Saturday races in Jeddah and Bahrain to respect the religious observance.

Not only does it necessitate the Jeddah race to be held on a Saturday, but it also prompts a rescheduling of the Bahrain race to the preceding Saturday. Renee Wilm, CEO of the Las Vegas GP, sheds light on the thoughtful approach: “We have found a solution so that European fans can watch the race with a cup of coffee at six or seven in the morning, just like it happens in the U.S. during the European races.”
