Mild earthquake tremors were felt in Chaman and nearby regions, causing brief concern among residents.
According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake registered a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale, with a depth of 14 kilometers.
The epicenter was located approximately 120 kilometers southwest of Chaman. No casualties or property damage have been reported.
Earlier, on Friday, a stronger earthquake measuring 5.4 struck parts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Despite the higher intensity, authorities confirmed that there were no reports of injuries or damage.
