SOUTH WAZIRISTAN/BAJAUR:
Under the new constituency delimitation in South Waziristan, 30 candidates will contest the National Assembly’s lone seat in the upcoming elections.
Despite the division of South Waziristan into Upper and Lower districts, only one seat remains in the new delimitation for the National Assembly, whereas previously, there were two constituencies.
For the Provincial Assembly, 30 candidates have submitted nomination papers for PK-109 in Upper South Waziristan, and 38 candidates have filed their papers for PK-110 in Lower South Waziristan.

Bajaur
A total of 124 candidates have emerged for Provincial and National Assembly seats in Bajaur. For one National Assembly seat, 19 candidates have submitted their nomination papers, while 105 candidates have filed papers for four Provincial Assembly seats. In the four provincial assembly constituencies, 19 candidates are contesting for PK-19, 26 for PK-20, 26 for PK-21, and 34 for PK-22.
