CDA closes all hiking trails due to Parade Day

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared the closure of all hiking trails to the public due to Parade Day on March 23.

Trail No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 will remain closed from March 19 to March 23, from 5 am to 5 pm, citing preparations for the Parade as the reason, as stated in the notification.

The CDA authorities have urged the public to refrain from visiting these areas during the specified period, to avoid any inconvenience.

It’s important to note that following Parade Day on March 23, these trails will reopen to the public as per their regular schedule.

Preparations for Pakistan’s upcoming Pakistan Day parade on March 23 are currently underway, promising a vibrant celebration of the nation’s cultural richness and resilience.
