The stadium will offer diverse seating options, including premium and general admission, VIP and hospitality suites, a unique party deck, and cabanas. Emphasizing sustainability, the project repurposes grandstands from the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The design is led by Populous, renowned for iconic stadiums like the Narendra Modi Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and serves as the architect for the New York Yankees and New York Mets.
“We are excited to be unveiling the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024,” ICC Chief Executive Geoff Allardice said.

The Nassau County International Cricket Stadium aims to provide a top-notch experience for cricket enthusiasts and all attendees. It will include a dedicated fan zone, a variety of food and beverage options, and modern media and broadcast facilities.
The wicket, similar to those at Adelaide Oval and Eden Park, is currently being prepared in Florida and will be transported to New York in May.
Situated 30 miles east of Manhattan, the venue offers excellent transportation and parking, with three nearby train stations. Fans have the opportunity to witness cricket history with eight T20 World Cup matches, starting with the Sri Lanka vs. South Africa clash on June 3.
