The Pakistan Test squad embarked on their journey to Australia from Lahore, with plans to reach Sydney in the early hours of December 1st, on Thursday morning.
Under the leadership of Shan Masood, the team will swiftly head to Canberra upon their arrival in Sydney.
Upon reaching the Australian capital, the squad is scheduled to kick off their training sessions starting at 10 am local time on Sunday, December 3rd. Following the practice, the media will have the chance to engage with Shaheen Shah Afridi, Pakistan’s pace sensation, at 12:45 pm.
On December 4th, Pakistan has their second training session planned, running from 10 am to 1 pm, with wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed available for media interaction at 12:45 pm.
Moving on to December 5th, a captains’ call and trophy photoshoot are set to take place at the renowned Manuka Oval in Canberra, featuring Nathan McSweeney and Shan Masood, captains of PM XI and the Pakistan squad, respectively.
Simultaneously, PM XI will undergo a training session from 10 am to 1 pm, while Pakistan will hit the field for their training session from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
The anticipated four-day match between Pakistan and PM XI is scheduled to commence on December 6th at Manuka Oval in Canberra, with the first ball expected to be bowled at 10:30 am.
