Florence Pugh has turned heads as she attended a screening of her upcoming period drama East of Eden in West Hollywood, making a stylish appearance in a striking yellow lace ensemble.
The 30-year-old actress wore a yellow embroidered co-ord from Rodarte’s 2027 runway collection. The outfit featured a high-neck blouse with an open front and a matching layered midi-to-maxi skirt.
Pugh completed the look with metallic satin pumps and a mix of gold and silver jewellery as she promoted the upcoming series.
About East of Eden
Based on John Steinbeck’s 1952 classic novel, East of Eden follows the complex Trask family and explores themes of love, rivalry and morality. Pugh stars as Cathy Ames, the scheming antihero who marries Adam Trask, played by Christopher Abbott.
The series has been adapted by Zoe Kazan, whose grandfather, Elia Kazan, directed the 1955 film adaptation of the novel.
Pugh has also opened up about the challenges of bringing the iconic character to a new generation, describing the role as “totally terrifying” during a Q&A panel.
East of Eden is scheduled to premiere on October 1.
