Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Azma Bokhari said that despite heavy rainfall and significant water accumulation, the situation is being effectively managed due to the advance measures taken by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
Azma Bokhari said that despite heavy and continuous rainfall, advance planning and preparedness under the leadership of Maryam Nawaz have made it possible to drain rainwater from affected areas within a few hours.
She also shared videos of rainwater drainage operations on social media.
The videos shared by Azma Bokhari show the post-rain drainage situation in different cities across Punjab.
