Qaseem Shah:
QUETTA: The Government of Balochistan has officially rolled out the province’s first-ever digital E-Domicile and E-Local Certificate system.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced the landmark initiative, calling it a major milestone toward digital governance, ending corruption, and ensuring transparent public service delivery across the province.
Nationwide Access via NADRA and Pak-ID
Under the new integrated system, citizens can now apply for their E-Domicile from anywhere in Pakistan. Applications can be easily processed through local Deputy Commissioner (DC) offices, NADRA registration centers, or directly via the online Pak-ID platform.
Chief Minister Bugti emphasized that this modern shift will eliminate unnecessary delays, bypass middle-men, and completely block the issuance of fake domiciles. The system provides a highly secure, reliable database for government institutions to verify local credentials instantly.
